Returns, Refunds, Sizing and Pricing Policy
All jewelry designs
from Alvaro Coronado, Inc. and Alvaro Coronado go through a strict quality
control review before being shipped to insure that each piece leaves Alvaro
Coronado’s studio with the highest quality of workmanship. We’re confident you’ll be happy with your
beautiful new jewelry and we strive to bring you the ultimate in quality at an
affordable price.
The beauty
of Alvaro Coronado jewelry is that each piece is considered an original. It is totally customized and designed
specifically by, and for, the purchaser making it special and personal. We handle our exchange and refund policy on the
same personal basis.
Alvaro
Coronado asks that you inspect your item immediately and contact us by email at
Coronado@ObiRing.com should any of
the 3 return/refund conditions indicated below exist. Notification is required within 14 days from
date of delivery of your jewelry design.
A delay in doing so could invalidate your 14 day window of opportunity.
Our customer
care department will review your claim for exchange or refund on a case by case
basis, and in their sole discretion determine appropriate remedy and action for
customer satisfaction. All returns must
be in the original packaging and should not show a sign of wear, use or
misuse. We cannot accept merchandise
returns on items that are made according to customer specifications. Exchanges and refunds will be limited to the
following conditions:

Conditions:
1. An error in your order – Alvaro Coronado will
remedy promptly.
2. Damage due to shipping - Insurance claim will
be filed
Note:
you must keep original packaging for insurance claim
3. Defect in workmanship – immediate replacement
will be shipped at our expense

3. Insure your package: Insure the package for the invoice amount
paid
Optional: request a delivery confirmation notice
Alvaro Coronado will not be responsible for
loss or damage of return shipments.
Sizing:
Rings are
sized to customer specification at time of order. The cost of resizing will be customer’s
responsibility.
Alvaro
Coronado wants each customer to be happy when their jewelry arrives. If you are not sure of your size, Alvaro
Coronado offers a free ring sizer to avoid any disappoint or added expense for resizing. Just click here

Pricing
and Typographical Errors:
Alvaro Coronado,
Alvaro Coronado, Inc. and its affiliates shall not be responsible for any
typographical errors. If a price of a
product or shipping cost etc. is not correct, we reserve the right to make the correct
and notify the customer of the correction.
The customer shall have the right to continue or cancel the order upon
notification.
